These terms cover your use of RoofCheckFL (roofcheckfl.com), operated by Kuntzi Labs in Orlando, Florida. By using the site, you agree to them.

What RoofCheckFL is

RoofCheckFL is a free matching service, not a roofing contractor. Licensed roofers provide all quotes. We don't inspect, repair or replace roofs, and we don't sell insurance.

The roof report

Reports are estimates built from public records and third-party data. Records can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
A report is not a roof inspection, an appraisal, or insurance or legal advice.
Insurance status is general information about Florida law (s. 627.7011). Only your insurer decides whether to write or renew your policy.
Check anything important with a licensed professional before you rely on it.

Quote requests

When you request a quote and agree to be contacted, we share your request with one licensed roofer from our Roofing Partners page. The roofer pays us for it.
Roofers are independent businesses. Any quote, contract, work or warranty is between you and the roofer. We don't guarantee their prices, work or response time.
You can check any roofer's license on the Florida DBPR license search.
Agent and realtor follow-ups work the same way: we pass your request only to the person you chose.

Text messages

By agreeing on the quote form, you consent to calls and texts as described there. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply.

AI photo review and renderings

The photo review is an AI photo review, not a roof inspection. It notes visible wear in your photos and can miss things or be wrong.
Renderings are illustrations only. Colors and materials vary.
The review costs $4.99, or is free with a verified quote request (one per phone number and address).
If processing fails, we refund you automatically. If your photos don't show a roof, we refund you and tell you why.
Only upload photos you have the right to share. We delete them after 30 days.

Using the site

Don't scrape the site, send automated requests, submit someone else's phone number, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive.

Limits on our responsibility

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Kuntzi Labs is not liable for decisions you make based on a report, or for any roofer's, agent's or realtor's work or conduct. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

Law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
