RoofCheckFL (roofcheckfl.com) is operated by Kuntzi Labs in Orlando, Florida. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you check an address

The address you enter. We look it up in public records (county property and permit records, NOAA storm reports, FEMA flood maps, and satellite roof data) to build your report. You don't need to give us your name or contact details to get a report.

When you use the site

Basic usage data: pages viewed, the steps you take (for example, viewing a report or opening the quote form), the website or ad that sent you, your IP address and browser type. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.

When you ask for a quote or a partner follow-up

Your name, mobile phone, email (optional), project timeline and whether you have an active leak. We send a text code to confirm the phone number is yours. We also keep a record of your consent: the exact consent text you agreed to, the time, your IP address, browser and the page you were on.

When you use the AI photo review

The roof photos you upload and, for paid orders, the email you give our payment processor. We never see your full card number.

How we use it

To build your roof report.
To connect you with one licensed roofer, or with the agent or realtor you chose, when you ask.
To run the AI photo review and renderings you requested.
To prevent spam and fraud, and to improve the site and our ads.

Who we share it with

One roofing contractor, only when you request a quote and agree to be contacted. That roofer is listed on our Roofing Partners page and pays us for your request.
The agent or realtor you name, only when you use their follow-up button and agree to be contacted.
Service providers that run the site for us, such as hosting, database, text messaging, email, payments, bot protection, AI processing and ad measurement. They may use your information only to provide their service.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

If you only run a report or buy the photo review, we don't share your information with roofers, agents or realtors.

Texts and calls

We or the roofer, agent or realtor you chose may call or text you only if you agreed to it. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

Uploaded roof photos are deleted after 30 days. We keep the text summary of the review.
Quote requests and consent records are kept as long as we need them to run the service and to show proof of consent.
Report data from public records may be stored to make reports faster.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete information you gave us, email hello@roofcheckfl.com. We'll keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as consent records.

Children

RoofCheckFL is for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
